SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping within the UK is free of charge!

Shipping to Europe costs from £10.00 to £60.00 depending on parcel dimensions and weight, which will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping to the rest of the world costs from £12.50 to £80 depending on parcel dimensions and weight, which will be calculated at checkout.

The final price quoted on the payments page is the final price of the goods including delivery to your stated destination.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any additional import or custom fees that may be applied when goods enter your delivery country.

We regret that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Please note that TRADE CLIENTS will be charged shipping on all orders to all territories, including the UK.

DELIVERY TIMES
We dispatch items as soon as possible but please allow 5-7 working days for UK deliveries on items that are in stock. If you need your order sooner please contact us prior to placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate you.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier this will be included in the email. Tracked orders will require a signature, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

All delivery lead times are approximations only and given in good faith. Please be aware that in order to deliver your goods we rely on our couriers and we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred once goods have left our premises.

We strongly advise that you do not book tradesmen until you have received the goods. Dupenny is not responsible for any losses incurred due to delivery delays or any consequential loss to the customer.

If you have requested a bespoke service then additional timescales will apply. This will be confirmed when placing your order.

PACKAGING
Our packaging is biodegradable where possible and recyclable where not. Please consider the environment when disposing of our packaging.
